About Mark
I am a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), The Health professions Council (HPC) and The Organisation for Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP, Physio First).
Mark graduated from The University of Southampton in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy. He then joined the physiotherapy department at the RHCH Winchester in 1998 where he has remained part of the team to date, currently working part time as a clinical specialist physiotherapist in the rehabilitation of Musculo-skeletal injury, with a specialist interest in the rehabilitation of lower limb injuries.
Mark is actively involved in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and physiotherapy students and has guest lectured at The University of Southampton BSc Physiotherapy Course. Mark developed an interest in sports injuries and worked as the lead Physiotherapist at Basingstoke Town Football Club for twelve years and The Basingstoke Ice Hockey Team for two years and has continued to help local sports people from a wide range of sports including cricket, athletics, rugby, judo and squash.
The Mark Randall Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic established in 2002 and provides treatment and advice for a whole range of clients from everyday people, recreational and professional sports people, children and adults. Mark prides himself on offering evidence-based treatments and rehabilitation programmes for all types of Musculo-skeletal injury. Mark continues to update his clinical knowledge by regularly attending CPD courses and national conferences.
Away from work Mark enjoys keeping fit and healthy through road cycling enjoy and spending time with my wife and 2 children.
Physiotherapy
The Clinic offers treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions, sporting injuries and rehabilitation programmes to every day clients, recreational and professional sports people, children and adults. Using skilled assessment, examination and treatment our aim is to reduce pain restore normal movement, strength, balance and co-ordination to promote full function.
